Silky eyeliner pencil lines and defines with ease. Provides long-lasting color: transfer resistant, waterproof , smudge resistant. Inspire creativity: The smudge tool on the opposite end helps create a variety of looks. GIVES YOU TIME TO PLAY: Formula allows 60 seconds to blend and blend before setting.

How to use:

- Rotate up only 1/8 inch (pen does not retract to avoid exposing formula to drying air).

- Eye line.

- Use the smudge tool on the opposite end to gently blend the color until the desired effect is achieved.

- Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer resistance.

- Recap securely after use to protect the silky formula.

- Can be used alone or over eye shadow. Remove with your favorite Clinique eye makeup remover.
