Guidelines for administration

After thorough oral hygiene, apply two or three times a day with a soft toothbrush or cotton swab, massaging the gums.

It should be used after every meal. We recommend not eating or drinking anything for half an hour after use.

For best effectiveness, apply at night. Do not rinse.
