How to use:

This spray with essential oils for atmospheric use is used against winter discomforts (colds) and seasonal sensitivities (allergies, rhinitis):
- 4 to 7 sprays in the air in atmospheric dispersion.
- 2 to 4 sprays on a handkerchief for breathing.
- 5 sprays in a container with hot, not boiling, water to release the aromatic vapors.
