Instructions for use: It is advisable to drink one cup a day, preferably in the morning. A filter is enough to prepare a cup of tea (about 200 ml). Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and keep it infused for 5-7 minutes, trying to cover the container so that the most volatile substances are not dispersed.
