Hydrate & Perform Powder is an isotonic drink combined to meet the hydration needs of athletes by providing them:

Isotonic formula for faster hydration and optimal gastric drainage.

If taken before the activity increases fluid reserves before starting.

Later, during the activity, helps to improve performance and endurance, limits the risks of suffering gastrointestinal problems allowing a better recovery after the activity.

In the warm-up session (150 ml every 15 min.) and regularly during and after exercise (from 2 hours after exercise) (150ml every 15 min.).
