Multi-Guard® ADR is a food supplement with a specialized formula of multivitamins and minerals that provides a wide and optimal combination of nutrients and plant extracts all focused on contributing to normal energy metabolism. Korean Ginseng is one of the most studied herbs, and has a long tradition of use as an adrenal adaptogen. In our formula there is 400 mg of Korean Ginseng root (as 40 mg of extract), providing 8 mg of ginsenosides. We have also included 500mg of Rhodiola Rosea, (as 125mg extract). Many blended formulas simply contain the whole plant powder, rather than extracts. Co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10), also known as ubiquinone, is a vitamin-like substance found within every cell in the human body and plays an important role in energy release.
