The hydroalcoholic solutions and the Gemmoderivati prepared by Specchiasol, according to the French school, start strictly from plants grown in their natural habitat and collected in a warm climate.
A good part of the plants used are collected from the organic farm that San Demetrio maintains in Salento, in the town of Specchia (hence the name), owned by Specchiasol itself.
In the classic dyeing it is made up of the dry plant, while in the mother tincture it is made up of the fresh plant.
The preparation is carried out through the use of low alcohol content, thus obtaining almost total retention of the active ingredients of the fresh plants.
