Cherry and Turmeric Complex from Solgar® is a food supplement that, in addition to cherry and turmeric extract, provides other herbal substances such as ginger, quercetin, cayenne and black pepper.
The Montmorency cherry is a variety of cherry (Prunus cerasus) grown mainly in France and Canada, with reddish and more acidic fruits. This special formula contains the equivalent of 540 mg of the Prunus cerasus cherry fruit.
The active ingredients in turmeric include flavonoids, called curcuminoids, which are ingredients produced by plants. Native to southwest Asia, turmeric belongs to the ginger family, with a long history of use in traditional Ayurvedic culture. Among its principles, curcumin stands out. The daily dose will provide you with an equivalent of 720 mg of turmeric root, Curcuma longa.
In addition, this formula also takes advantage of the properties of different added herbal products: Ginger, Zingiber officinale, which is added to the formula with the equivalent of 450 mg of root; quercetin, a non-citrus bioflavonoid obtained from the species Dimorphandra mollis; cayenne, which has been used for millennia for its capsaicin content; and black pepper extract, Piper nigrum, presented as Bioperine®, which improves the absorption of other substances.
How to use:
For adults, take one (1) capsule a day, preferably with meals. Swallow the capsules with water or another drink. The daily dose expressly recommended for this product should not be exceeded.
